Milky Holmes 2 presents the return of Sherlock Shellingford and the rest of the Holmes detective agency. Only, they are not detectives anymore, what has happened to our heroes?

A question I'm sure some people ask is "How do you make a bad show into a great one?" Well Milky Holmes 2 gives an answer, and it's do everything you did before only make it even more ridiculous and over the top. You know what? It worked.

"Story" wise nothing has changed. Milky Holmes still does not have their toys and get into bizarre situations simply by either being completely incompetent or by dumb luck. However, now the Gentleman Thieves are trying to work to get Milky Holmes to awaken their detective spirits.

The characters have leveled up. Nero is more violent, Hercule is more shy, Cordelia sings more, everything. Even the villains have become even more crazy. A lot of times the motives or ways they are doing evil are just as stupid as Milky Holmes themselves.

This is a comedy so an important factor is if it delivers a lot of laughs or if it sets up well for the few it gives. Well, this has both. It's funny because of how dumb it can be but also because of how well it sets up the jokes it has. Some of them take almost the entire episode to get to but it sets them up with even more jokes. The show is also somewhat self-referential too as it constantly pokes fun at the characters themselves.

The animation and sound pretty much stay the same from S1. It's cute and colorful. The animation has received an upgrade since it's newer, but there's not much else to say. It's actually kinda smooth compared to some other shows but they do sacrifice art-quality when going for the shots that require more frames a times.

Overall Milky Holmes S2 is a lot of dumb fun so much fun that it's entertaining just about all the way through. It can't cover up that it's an awful mystery show, but the only relation to that is like the name Holmes.

Story: Season two starts right where we last left off as the Milky Holmes girls are still trying to find their Toys. They lose their memories for a bit but The Gentlemen Theives (more annoying as ever) snap them out of it so they can fight like the good old times once more. But a far more sinister threat may lie upon them soon enough... can they get the Toys back and defeat it? (You know what the answer is)

Pros: Nothing changed in the art and animation department so that's good. Elle's still cute as ever, and her voice is cute too :) I also liked the twist with them being related to the great detectives (hey, I didn't know to be honest, ok?)

Cons: Everything else however has been downgraded to the umpth degree. The characters are more obnoxious this time around, we barely see the G4 anymore (just that damn Kororo girl), the theives are too, even Arsene has lost her touch and is now just moody and whiny. The story is worse, there is no pace or planning, you could just skip to the last few episodes and nothing would change. The music isn't all that good either, the OP and ED from the first season was nice to listen to and the visuals helped it make it hyped to watch, this doesn't even have that. None of the jokes in this are funny, in the slightest, even the first season made me chuckle on a couple of scenes and had some good twists mixed in too, but not this.

Voice work is just as bad as ever and the worst part is the Status Quo Is God. Absolutely nothing happens or changes in this and its the same [ending] as the first season, its basically more or less a rehash. Also the villain (who I won't give away) gets away with there crimes. Yeah, real nice. Also a new character gots introduced in the last episode of the first season but she nearly never shows up in this one... how lame and stupid.

Overall: Never thought I'd say this but this is honestly worse than the first season, I don't know what the third one is like but considering the Milky Holmes girls aren't even the mainies in that one probably will not change, I'm never going to watch that. Like I said before, watch the alternate specials of this show or play/watch the game its based on instead of looking at these.

Thanks for reading my 22nd review~
