Since the series started airing, I’ve predict and expecting that this anime will live up to my expectation. A badass main lead with emotionless heart, nice fight scene actions and plus a really good storyline. I think I could have a blast watching the series. But what I get here is mostly a breast scene cover up to 95% of the wholesome series. Breast here, breast there, breast everywhere. I always curious, what is the point to point up breast as a main theme? Nearly forgotten, that this series have the same similarities with High school of the dead (HOTD, HSOTD). You should know how exactly well known breast scene in that one series. So it not really surprising to see breast has been take of as the main theme for this series as well.

However, it would be a great mistake to simply judge and dismiss this series based upon first impression.
I will state both point of anime excess and blind spot shortly after this.

Story 7/10
It such a shame, currently the storyline is great as it was already but they could make this story far more interesting with the depth of the theme. Maybe it because the series is also pretty short with only contains 10 episodes. So, they don’t have the approximated time to create a fine piece of series. If the episodes could be extended more, I think the storyline will be at least 8 - 9/10 overall. Alright then, let’s get back to story. The story is about a Chairman of Mochizuki General Hospital named Masamune Mochizuki that has a special unit assassin under him to cures the dangerous disease that has been spread among the community all over this time. However, this disease is special and not affecting physical or mental health. To put it clearly, the disease is none other than Corruptions, Illegal drugs business, and any other high rated crimes that has been pointed as black zone evil deeds. Thus, this assassin has been sent out to annihilate the “cancer” of disease out from community. 

Excess point of the series

Character 8/10
I actually like the main lead of this series. He’s turn out not really indecisive type of person. Nowadays, anime industries overwhelmed with indecisive type of main lead that only act in the nearly last minutes or never ever fight back for what they loved until it already too late or gone from their gasp. Arashi while on the other hand showed firm principle and resolution through the series. Arashi also shown us he not hesitate even though he is cornered by the enemies. Which I think Arashi have similarities with Tatsuya (The irregular at magic high school) and Yuuji (Le Fruit de la Grisaia). I think the main lead is the one that saves this series from fall from being hentai series as I stated breast scene cover up 95% scene from the series. 

Action fight scene 7/10
Fight scene in the series is also one of few reasons why I like about in this series. Triage X has many good fight scenes I’ve ever seen involve the main lead. Put aside the magic stuff behind, their fight scene has been put out nicely. Altogether is really a surprising element to me. The concept reminded me of series BenTo. That one also has a really good fight scene. Not involved sword or magic stuff, just practically about fight between a fist and kick. 

Blind spot point

Beside the main lead and General Hospital chairman, there is rarely a male fighting a male fight scene. Most of the character in the series also female overwhelmed the male. Indeed they fight scene is also awesome but I started to think this series nearly become harem. To the massive point, I’ve start to getting annoying by how much bath scene they trying to put in the series. Almost all episodes in the series have it. I can take it as fan service, as I don’t really care in the first place but this one is freaking many. Most of the time I’m watching anime with my brother and little brother, so could you feels how weird is it watching the series that kind of exaggerate? 

Oppai Scene (Breast)
This one is annoying scene the most. From episode 1 to the 10, you could never run away from this scene. The scene is everywhere. No matter how serious the situation, the oppai will bounce off to the rescue. Not to mention that most of the series give the feels like a hentai series. All the female character also has very large breast each of them which I think is this is rational? Try to think, a high school girl has an oppai size of an adult? Nonsense, I don’t know why but I feel so relieved when I get to see a character with a normal or rather flat chest in the series. For God sake’s are they trying to turn us into a breast maniac? I don’t really give any attention to girl breast in any anime series before unless it especially a huge rack like want to explode anytime soon. But after watching this series, I can’t help from checking a breast of main girl in any series just to assure this is a normal girl. 

Sound 3/10
The Ops suck. The Ed suck. I try to listen each time when I’m watching the series and maybe I could change my hearts to like it but it miserably failed. Not really special song I can say in here. Maybe even if you heard for once and after the series end, the song is long forgotten already.

Overall 7/10 
I would love to watch the series again but please no more booing booing breast. I can’t take this anymore. Every character in the whole series has a whole huge rack I’ve ever seen beside High school of the dead. Nonsense, are they trying to insult any girls or what? I hope this kind of era will end soon. Such a good fight scene once in a while, and now it’s tainted by breast. You've got to be kidding mate.

this anime have the same thing like Highschool Of The Dead but in a gangster version and without zombie (i know thats the same creator) and have a great goal but this anime have some bad point and good points... anyway lets begin

About The Story
so a organization who kill or bring justice to the bad guys and are skilled in different skill so they are a pretty powerful team because of their power and skill all of them have 1 time be close to be dead but have been save by the doctor guy who want to kill every fker so yeah thats not complicate to understand... the end is very empty dont expect to much about the creator... take example on HOTD he gonna do the same thing... dissapear again and leave this anime behind because he dont fking know how to build a anime... im sorry but this is pathetic.... he have potential but create thing like that im sorry dude but thats not the 1st time i see a anime like that... the creator just do this for money i cant see any passion in that... he have potential but he dont put the things correctly.. this is a little sad.... because you have a lot of story in it but no explaination ... if this guy to this for fun.... i dont very see the fun.... i only see a money making POINT FINAL.

the animation is pretty nice thats the best thing in this anime they have done a great work , for the sounds they are good too i have like the Opening and Ending i give you the link right there

About The Characters
okay you have some nice characters in it but we know nothing about the characters... we have only the old past of some of them but thats very short.. the girl characters are exaggerated like HOTD no i dont compare his old creation with this one but thats the same CD if you know what i mean... just move 1 leg and the boobs are out of control... but the most characters are nice and dont have bad point

Arashi Mikami / he is bad ass guy with a nice charm and his serious attitude thats why he is soo nice thats a great character his armor and his helmet is just nice .. thats can be a good cosplay to do.. !

Mikoto Kiba / can shoot with a gun but can fight with motocycle too ? holy shit lets fking take the stair of a building with a motorcycle too.. no problem... dont forget about going in a subway station with ur motorcycle this girl can go everywhere with a motorcycle srsly thats why she is fking dangerous LOOL thats a nice girl with a good personality i like that , she can be bad ass with his motorcycle 

Sayo Hitsugi / thats my favorite one and the more bad ass in the anime with his fking powerful strong and his rude attitude she remind me a little Esdeath ("from Akame Ga Kill") she is fking awesome when she fight .. she can kill a army of fking asshole easily LOOOL

Oriha Nashida / a loli with big OPPAI look innocent but far than that she is a fking bomber and professional when you talk about making explode some fking building or others things you want ... this is a cute girl but she is dangerous :D

Yuko Sagiri / she fight with a sword and have super power no doubt about it she a bad ass girl but man....his boobs are too big man... im sure you can nap a family of cat on this boobs... but anyway this girl is pretty awesome and mature or serious if u prefer .. so yeah thats a another nice character too

About The Enjoyment
yeah thats a little fun i can say it .. the action in it are very cool i like the battle scene thats awesome to watch same for the plot if you watch the Uncensored , the bad guys have fit correctly in their role the thing are more cool like that and i have liked the concept of a special organization who kill the guys like that and do it without hesitation.. u never gonna see a long talking before they kill someone they do correctly their fking job.. ! thats why this is enjoyable to watch ! 

if i can recommand this ? hmm... yes and no .... why ? because the build up is bad... he have great characters and a lot of good things but... the story have destroy everything ... he have not put the things to the good place and after that he have fk top his work... but dont think this is soo bad right now.. i can say i have like a little bit this anime but a lot of things is missing this anime is empty if you know what i mean .. watch this if you only want to watch it and i highly recommand to watch the Uncensored Version for more fun...so thats good but something bother me... this anime is empty.... ! a lot of things disapears in the anime.... just like the creator ! LOOOOl okay stop joking... lets be short now some people can like it and some people can hate it !
