マジきゅんっ！ルネッサンスA world where art becomes magic. In this world, people who can inspire passion with their Magic Arts are called Artistas, and are employed in show business. In Hoshinomori Private Magical Arts High School, where Artistas are taught, a strange new student named Kohana Aigasaki transfers into the school. Kohana is placed on the planning committee for the school's yearly Hoshinomori Summer Festa cultural festival. She spends her romantic school life with six other boys who aim to become entertainers in the future. Each of the boys specializes in his own Arts, and aims to make Hoshi Fes a success. In addition, the boys also aim to be chosen alongside Kohana as the school's Artista Prince and Princess, only chosen once a year. A Magic-kyun for you! A new renaissance starts here! Magic-kyun! The story is about a teenage girl (Kohana). She enrolled into a school which produces ‘Artistas’ witch is just a fancy word for ‘Artist’. The story is about her trials and errors to be ‘successful’ like her mother who is famous worldwide for her flower arrangements.

I really like how the characters are drawn. Might not be the most special art style but is still refreshing. Especially the hair. The scenery is quite normal though, which is sad because not a lot of anime use the school scenery to convey an emotion.

The opening sounds like some male idol song… Which is fitting because of the anime about producing ‘Artists’. The background music are all mild and not a single one is wasted. But it is all really soft.

This segment is hard. Some characters look generic and some look unique. Their personalities as well. Some you can guess their personalities just by looking at their character designs which is good and bad at the same time. However, there are ones that you might be wrong about. Some characters have a deeper backstory than others, whilst some only scratch the surface of a potential really good character.

I quite liked this show. Though sometimes it feels like I know the show really well in the amount of episodes it has. Not one of the episode is wasted and it develops the feelings you have towards each character.

This show is a more refreshing type of reverse harem which made it better. The character designs are all special and you don’t normally see it everywhere.

This anime is rather enjoyable, particularly, the character design and the animation were aesthetically pleasing. As for the story line, nothing too fantastic, but the ending was interesting. Definitely, one of those titles that is not too bad for “casual” watch.
