Basically, this Kotoura-san: Haruka no Heya is not continuation of the series like ova or etc. It’s just simple appearance of each character in the series. It does still have a comedy side but no actually plot. Likewise call all the character to make a special appearance from episode 1 - 6. The Character also has been made as Chibit character. Simple but fun to watch. Hope it’s clear all out :) 

Story - 7 to wrap up all the main series.
Art - 6 you know how well their art.
Character - 7 Tiny Chibit character also cute! 
Enjoyment - 8 I'm really enjoy their comedy in both the main series and this one.
Overall - 8 Kind of enjoyable
