Seeing as 2016 is almost over, I am choosing to make 5 reviews of the 5 best anime of 2016 (no sequels though)
I thought Servamp was the best place to start...
When I first started it, I thought it was probably going to be an anime about Vampire's being Servants to the MC, and would do literally anything for him...
Thankfully it was not, instead it came out being what felt like an average shonen anime, half way through, and only to look back on for nice action!
But after finishing, I thought to myself, you know that was quite decent!
And no the anime did not have that great of an ending... Just meh, but seeing all the anime for what it was, made me think, it's worth giving a great score!
With such great characters for once, that I only really took note of, after finishing.
I also want to say it's concept was actually very good as well, because Vampires... I mean, we don't get many good media with Vampires in them, just look at Twilight lol
And finally finding a good Vampire anime, made me feel more satisfied, because Vampires can be a good concept, but rarely are!
I am still new to writing reviews, so if you don't think I did well, please feel free to comment on my account, also if you have any other questions, or anything you want to say, same goes!
Thanks for reading!
Next review will be released very soon... On... Re:Zero, (say what you will, I am reviewing it earlier, then what it is on my favorites list for a few reasons which I will state in the review!)
Please don't bash me for having an opinion, you don't know what it is yet!

Servamp - an action, comedy, supernatural and vampire anime series. It has a simple plot which pairs well with its simple characters. The animation is simple and funnily enough everything about this anime is just plain simple.
The plot of the anime is fairly average, it doesn't have many twists to it and is fairly predictable. The characters who act out the plot don't have much flair to them and the typical black past of the supporting character Kuro doesn't have a major affect on the viewer. However the simple series Servamp does provide simple entertainment. But as an audience member i didn't find myself being overly impressed with the series.
The animation design of the series isn't anything out of the ordinary. Some characters within the series who have bright, bizarre hair along with the different character designs, I feel, is just a way to make up for the lack in colour within the anime. Meaning to make up for the stories lack of plot.
The opening of the series, I found to be very contrasting to the series. It felt like the bold music opening didn't match the series personality at all. I found it hard to listen to what was a type of rock and then view a soft, simple story line. In comparison to the ending song, there isn't anything that strikes me as "wow this song is great!". Normally viewing an anime i feel a connection and the feelings of the series through the song. As I listen to it i remember the journey and emotions that grew within the character's development; however the ending song as well as the opening feels as if it doesn't match what the series has to offer, therefore when hearing the two songs beginning and end I don't feel a strong connection that i normally would.
My enjoyment of this series was 5/10 simply because there was nothing that really made me laugh or cry, much less feel any emotion. I feel as though the series lacked something. The action within the anime wasn't anything special, perhaps I feel this due to the animation and the characters. It struck me suddenly that maybe i wasn't as connected to this series simply because the characters were just simple. The main character is simple to the point where he's boring and doesn't have much development within the series. The supporting characters as well as Kuro provide little to no enthusiasm which i find to create distance between the viewer and the characters.
Overall I found this anime to be lacking in a few areas. There's nothing particular about the anime that makes it special. Although I think it's fine to create a protagonists who finds things that are simple to be better, which many animes have succeeded to do, this anime fails to create that 'flair' which many animes capture. Overall rating is 6/10 as it wasn't a bad anime but it wasn't anything special either, in other words it was a simple series.
Thanks for reading,
P.S this is purely my opinion. Offending other viewers who've enjoyed this series isn't my intention. Please take into consideration my views and opinions as it is my perspective upon the anime.

I`m going to keep this short.Altough there are only 6 episodes out yet,i`ve been enjoying every second of it so far.The story starts very promising, main characters such as Mahiru or Kuro are developing a great personality over the 6 episodes. There is a soft balance between the action and drama.
I honestly can`t wait for more episodes to be released, deffinetly not going to be dissapointed.
