This was just a complementary episode of Railgun. I loved how it explored the fear of someone who technically has nobody to fear. Perfectly displayed Misaka's mindset. I enjoyed this short quite a bit. As expected, you should watch A Certain Scientific Railgun first.

How can you review a single episode? Man, this is hard.
