This "Minna no Uta" segment features a music video for a song by Kumi Konno.

First of all i would like to address the name of this anime song segment. For my entire life i think i have been searching for something to complete that void in my heart and to be quite honest, i did not think that just the name "Cabbage UFO" could do it for me. But it has, Cabbage UFO did the impossible.

 I reckon it's because of the animations profound simplicity that just kept me enticed throughout those lengthy 120 seconds, but the final effect of the ending when it flew into the sky, my heart beat and melted at the thought of it's pure innocent courage and was astounded by it's freedom as a cabbage. 

Furthermore, as a Cabbage in modern society people really don't appreciate them as much as they used too. Cabbages don't mind being eaten as it full fills a purpose of there existence, however in Cabbage UFO the cabbage exhibited - and may i add beautifully animated - seems to have taken the role of such a mysterious advanced creation that it only helps me to wonder; what other things do Cabbages have purposes for? And that in itself is such a deep question that such a thought provoking animation should surely SURELy deserve much credit. 

So, as i conclude, i would like to encourage you all, Cabbage lovers or not, to apply yourself today and do something productive, and watch this glorious 2 minute anime to reflect and contemplate on life.
