The adaptation of Ajin to a anime platform seems very difficult considering the amount of "action" to "talking" ratio. To compensate, they used 3D animation by digital modelling animation in order to create much more dynamic action display than to show small tiny clips of the fights. Its wonderful they managed to make such a long film. The story is great and the character development is amazing. They did censor a lot. For example, instead of the shoes laying as bait, he actually cut off his fingers to make it look like he was exposing his hand form hiding. Some new generation of people may complain about how the graphics are "horrible" since their so used to watching drawn animation but to see how far we've come to see this kind of animation is marvelous. The animation is much more fluid than "Kingdom". I highly recommend that you all read the manga.
