This title is like onion - it starts like typical anime detective (I think, you know, there are almost no good anime detectives) with parts of dark humor and moves to psychological drama. Overall its like story about our life with tonns of hyperbole. At the end, it leaves unanswered questions, but everyone must answer them for self.
Also - it takes best from anime industry of last years - amazing soundtrack (1st title, where I rlly LOVE both OP and ED - indie rock sounds with visuals like in UtsuP's PVs, brings tonns of feelings), graphics and trap-hero :D

Literally best I've watched last years

At first I thought of this show as a great detective mystery show with interesting twist and turns then the first character Kobayshi who was the protagonist is slowly cast aside within a episode 5 and then a new character comes out as the protagonist with them solving the murders of twenty faces.It eventually just becomes filler until the last 2 episodes and that's the story kind of weird but at least interesting with the people being turned into chairs and such.-story 6
Animation-7 Well comparing it to other shows it makes amazing effects and decent color,uses great shadow and texture quality there's no real fanservice in this show if you hate that but that's all for animation.Sound-8 I loved the sounds especially the fact that the music always fit what was going on the opening made me feel exited for the story which is some what why I felt disappointed the ending was also good just no real reason to get out of the mood. Character-4 Ah just imagining the characters really they can be split into two groups in this anime boring ones and slightly people like shadow man and Akechi are interesting Akechi is the new protagonist after Kobayshi and Shadow man is a interesting pedophile who's a master of disguise.While there's Kobayshi,Hashiba,Minami and few others. Literally all Kobayshi did was figure out two things then said wow things are getting so fun now twice every episode. Enjoyment-4 At first it was a 10 because I love mystery's and crazy things then it became a 8 then 6 then 4.Mostly because it just got boring especially over episode 6 then its just boring until the very end it get enjoyable after all this time you spent with meaningless filler now we finally have the ending we want then it takes a random 360 on the last episode and you totally miss out on what happened and your like woah this became boring again then your left feeling disappointed.

Overall-4 If you don't feel like a major disappointment I wouldn't watch it I would skip it for some thing else but it might be good if you play some game in the back ground too fill in that gap.

a anime with a dark ambiance and with some case of mysteries thats can be bad or not.. depend on the person but you can see that the creator of this Story "Manga" have try to send a little message or something in it but anyway this is important to read me if you dont know why i put this note on it...

About The Story
first the story can be boring for some of you and really turn too much after Twenty Face after a coople of episode... i didn't know if they have put some fill-up but if you look at the story into a another angle thats a really good story but can be boring for some of you... personally i think too much uncessary things happen but they fit actually with the story and this is far to be a childish story.. this is very dark in some sense but have some realistic you can say Twenty Face is like the anonymous movement but into a another sense and i dont say this is copy... this kind of movement appear on some different form but hey lets continue what i said.. , this story is pretty logical too and the end is clearly great i spoil nothing but that really great

About The Animation and Sounds
you have a lot of nice animation in this anime like Special Background , nice effect and you see what people see in their head when they think and this is really cool , for the opening and sounds i think they are really fitting with the anime and they are both awesome i will leave you the link

About The Characters "you can skip this part if you want"
i have a lot of review to write about characters xD... so i dont remember all the name of them but yeah we have some cool characters but.. some of them are really nowhere LOOOL... but yeah you will probably like the goods characters and Twenty Face i do not describe soo much the characters but hey i will try to find the time to talk about them more detailed with their name and others things soo yeah sorry about that.. , i think the 3 main characters oh i remember.. ! Akechi Hashida and Kabayashi not sure.. but they are nice characters but... the personality of Kabayashi is a little weird for this anime because Akechi is completely not like him .. and for Hashida he like his best friend but he look like he turn on on him if you know what i mean LOOOOl.. 

About The Enjoyment
a lot of people will take this anime very boring this is sure ... but if you like dark ambiance and the concept at the beginning you will probably like this .. and im gonna say it.. yeah i have really liked this anime and watch it with all my attention this is not the kind of anime who you will excited but being curious about what is gonna happen so forget about the "Plot and Humor" and lets get serious !

i only recommand this kind of anime for people who like mystery and dark ambiance because there is no soo much action and comedy this is a pretty serious serie with some real thing who happen in real life.. but hey just look this anime into a other angle and you got a awesome Anime with a 5 star story

you might be a bit turn off because there are part where  the animeation get madoka-ish in the sence they use cut outs manniquines or just shadow characters but it come togehter.

a well written story that will keep you on your seats espically during the twenty face arc of the series which if memory serve me correct is around episode 7-8. It does get a bit graphic in the begining and somewhat near the end but all in all it is a good mystery drama.

At first I was very skeptical of this anime and thought it was like all the other mystery/murder type ones where people are framed and they have to prove their innocence which and at first it's not to far from the truth... but it changes it's tune pretty quickly and it has very unique characters and plot that by the third episode I started crying, and I can't say that for any anime BUT this one so I recommend this anime to any one who loves a good mystery/comedy :D I will be following this anime to see where it goes from there.
