Story: Chinami and her friends are back, and they have formed an organization called OZ with the financial backing of the Kujo Group. Their goal is to peacefully integrate other people who also have Type-E abilities and get them into society again, all the while opposing the Foundation, an evil organization which seeks to capture and control Type-E users for their own mysterious purposes.

Pros: Well this came out of nowhere! The story is kind of opposite of the comedy slice of life from the first show but it feels natural, gives more development (especially to that awful ending in the prequel), and still has some humor mixed in with action and drama (yes, and its good too), so it balances out... unlike Cars 2.

The main characters [and their voices] are about the same as before, but with a new addition: Maori Kimizuka. Yeah, remember that girl with the dog in the prequel? She's got a supporting role in this and she's got a nice personality. Serious and moody, doing what it right but not half way through developing, growing more confusion, pain, emotion, and even love (and it isn't forced... for the most part).

Adol and Mils roles have changed to an umpth degree and are- is now more serious than before (like Team Rocket from Pokemon Black and White, but there's a reason for that... sadly I can't give away what it is without spoilers, its not a happy thought though)

The art and animation are still the same as before, but I think its improved, the fight scenes are actually really nice and impressive [although they are short], and I love the interactions between Chinami and Maori, it leads to some heart and humor along the ride. Plus, the ED is oh so catchy that I still have it in my head even to this day. I also like the ending/climax.

Cons: The first few episodes are a little hard to get to not cause they're bad per se, but cause it's so new and out of the box that its kind of hard to get used to, it doesn't last long as it does explain things later on... thankfully. However, if you haven't seen the prequel you will be totally lost so... go watch that first.

The villains are pretty bad with almost no motivation, they at least have SOME depth to them and some good lines but aside from Adol and Mils the villains aren't that... well complex or 3 dimensional. Sadly Koutarou is still in this show and although his role is shortened this time around (THANK GOD) he still urks me with his ungodly presense! Also the OP is worse than the prequel one, animation is so sloppy, choppy, and... yoppy, much like a superhero animated show in the 80's or something. Music ain't great either :x

*Minor Spoiler*

Oh, and by the way, while I liked the ending of this show, don't expect the villains to die or anything cause they don't... or expect Mils to talk.... just nitpicks but.... sigh.

*End Spoiler*

Overall: What can I say? This was a huge improvement over its boring prequel and I'm glad I sat through with this in order to get to the real juicy bits of entertainment! Like I said though, if you don't know Code-E, then you'll be lost with Mission-E so I suggest you watch that first before checking this one out. Might not be as fun but trust me when I say that the payoff will be worth it unless you don't like those types of shows in that case you're screwed either way

I say, yeah, Mission Clear~!
