One day, Avilio receives a letter from a mysterious sender, prompting him to return to Lawless for revenge. He then infiltrates the Vanetti family, the ones responsible for his family's murder, and sets about befriending the don's son, Nero, to set his vengeance in motion. As far I could say, that was the best Old School Mafia type anime for me! The story line was engaging, with the mafia, main characters, plots for revenge and everything, it was amazing.. I guess the art could’ve been a bit better, but pitting that aside it was Great!

flimsy revenge/mafia story redeemed only by some stunning shots and montages, especially in the first episode, and fango, who is basically javier bardem in “skyfall” combined with javier bardem in “no country for old men”. fango is a minor character characterized by his sexual fluidity, penchant for bdsm, and psychopathic tendencies. feel like there’s a lot to unpack here, but i’ll leave it at that for now.

So far, the anime is amazing. The art style, and the story are what made me get hooked on it. The story being back in the old times, the music. Everything about this anime is wonderful. c:

Really exciting first episode and I think it will be the best anime for the summer of 2016.
It kind of remind me of The Godfather movie
