Oh dear God... you'd think with Hummingbird ramming this one down my throat, it'd be better. I always heard people trash-talk Lucky Star, and now I know why.
It's a 45 minute collection of six half-assed stories that weren't long enough to be full episodes - the last one lasting less than a minute, and the fifth one felt like a really bad acid trip.
I will admit, I laughed *twice*, and smiled a few other times, but that was about all the enjoyment I got out of it. If you're a die-hard Lucky Star fan, my prayers are with you, but go ahead and watch. Everyone else, stay the hell away, it's a waste of your time.
