This anime is full of comedy and of course, romance. It is has funny scenarios and at some points you expect one thing to happen, but an unexpected twist of events changes what you thought in the first place.

Looking for a quick pick-me-up? Then you'll probably enjoy this anime. The episodes are short, and there's no continuity, so you can just pop in when you need a laugh. Ninomiya is charmingly devoid of wit, and his conferences with his equally oblivious friends on important national issues are especially funny.
