Pretty much the same as the first season of Yami Shibai. 
The basic story is supposed to be very episodic. Some guy with a creepy mask on tells some ghost stories and urban legends using a Kamishibai on his bike to some kids in a park. Kamishibai means paper theater, and it's basically using scrolls and paper characters to tell a story. The title Yami Shibai is sort of a pun on kamishibai that makes it into "Dark Theater" or "Dark Play". The animation style mimics the style of the kamishibai, so it can seem a bit strange at times, but it works with the scary content. I like how the ending is a vocaloid song again.
Obviously the show hasn't ended so this will change once it does.
