Wakaba Girl
わかば*ガールThe story centers around the activities of Wakaba Kohashi, "a slightly out-of-tune super" daughter of a well-to-do family, and her friends. Wakaba (literally, "young leaves") looks like an elegant rich daughter, but she admires the trendy gyaru fashion subculture. There is also the pure, innocent, fairy-tale-like Moeko. Mao is capricious and behaves in her own way. Nao used to be an athletic type of girl, but now loves the boys-love genre. (Source: ANN)

Story
Tells the story of Wakaba and her friends's everyday life. Wakaba has never had a friend before so she is often wrong perception about the friendship between the girls (gyaaru!). Her misunderstanding continued even after she met with her new friends. Nothing special and nothing deep, so don't take it seriously. The main focus of this show is the funny and lovely of friendship between Wakaba, Nao, Moe, and Mao.
Animation
The animation is not too detailed, but quite smooth. Moe characters and cute design that fits perfectly with the type of show like this. Character design is also quite describe the personality of each character. Nothing can be protested from its animation.
Sound
The opening theme song cheerful and invites the listener to sing along, Hajimete Girls!. Honestly, I prefer if it is singing by the voice actress (ep 9) instead by Ray. But Ray also has been good enough to sing it. The voice actress is also very good in playing its role. If you curious, here is the opening song.
Character
There is no one characters are annoying and useless. All characters, both main characters and supporting characters, a very important role in the show.
Enjoyment
As a "Cute Girls Doing Cute Things" fan, I can easily enjoy this. Although only 8 minutes, this show is one that I really wait every week. I feel lost when the show ends.
Overall
This show is very recommended if you can enjoy Cute Girls Doing Cute Things stuff. Otherwise, I don't recommend it. If you like it, you might check Aiura. Both are short enjoyable (and even lovable) CGDCT series.
