A movie that brings Dragonball Z back to it's roots as an epic action and incredibly funny series.

Dragon Ball Z battle of gods is one of the top three DBZ movies to date and is a must own for all you DBZ lovers.

Really fun movie in the DBZ series, super funny and goofy. Action scenes are great and Kibou no Uta by Flow being in it makes it 10/10.

ohhhh bragonball Z. So much memories and nostalgia.

We always wondered, who is the best in the galaxy. Should be Goku right?.... well this movie explains it all.

Bills was one of the best "vilians" I have ever seen in Dragonball. Not only was he super overpowered his character was also really funny and cool at the same time.

The only thing I missed was a little more action, but it was compensated by an epic soundtrack by Flow ( or was it just one member of Flow or w/e that is not important now / man I just love Flow) , and by very funny scenes.

As usually the only one that did something was Goku. But still Vegeta showed he has power and potential no second to Goku and I liked that. At the end Bills reveals an incredible fact to Goku that makes him realize that there are a large number of beings more powerful then him.

The ending was left quite open and leaves room for possible new movies or even series. I wold gladly see more of those gods.

Final rating 9/10- would watch again.

+bonus points for the appearance of Pilaf :D

Ahh Kami to Kami. What should I say? I really have mixed feelings about it. On the one hand I really liked it but that's also because I'm a huge Dbz fan and in that regard the show really won't dissapoint you. You've got your typical Dbz moments, with the usual comedy and action. The only things that bothered me is that they used quite a bunch of CGIs in the fighting scenes and that the fights appear to be "slower" than they were in dbz, but that's not too important... The real problem is that when you've watched quite a bunch of Animes during the last few months and/or years, and took a glimpse beyond the popular shonen genre, then Kami to kami simply can't compare to these "newer" shows anymore. Even if you compare it to other shonens, you'll notice that the this genre continued to develop and changed. Dbz just can't compare to a nowadays One piece or Fairy tail, or Hunter x Hunter anymore. But on the other hand, it also doesn't try to do so. Dragonball Z: Kami to Kami is more or less a continuation of Dbz and delivers exactly those things that made the original show so great at that time, and was clever enough to leave room for at least one more sequel.
That said I still gave Dragon Ball Z Movie: Kami to Kami a 7/10. As a dbz fan you'll definitely like it. You will defintely feel nostalgic and it will still make you laugh and grin and I still felt excited when Goku had his badass moments. And hey, that's what dbz is (mostly) all about, right?
