really this serie deserve more than this little animation i'm pretty sure that's can be even more awesome with optimized graphic , that's can look weird because the graphics but don't worry about this... what this serie contain is pretty interesting and let's begin !

About The Storythe story have one goal but don't show it at the beginning , we only see some strange creatures in some place in the world but why they are here ? we don't really know and you will discover it during the story , at each episode you see at least 1 monster so you don't bored that much and the story is more understandable at the end , because as you can see he have a strange sign on his face who respond and make him in pain when a monster is nearby and he try to understand why and research for the monsters.. ! for be short he got a big interest in it , the story is most focus on the different species of monsters because we don't know how they have been created and that's what the story want to tell... what is the source ? well you will discover it soon if you watch the anime , i don't say this is the best story but this is really a interesting one who deserve clearly more than this little animation !

About The Animation and Soundsyeah sadly this little animation have really low graphic but we can say this is like a manga into animation that you don't need to read and turning page , i think they have choose this kind of graphics for making a different ambiance but yeah with better graphics that's can be even more awesome , well there no problem with the sounds don't think this serie have bad sound because they don't have optimized graphics , the Opening is during 6 seconds same for the Ending but they show the monster we have encounter during the episode at the Ending and conserve the same music who are a little good... but yeah i cannot really find a link for a Opening of 6 Seconds... but take a little look at the first episode i have find a YouTube link for it

About The Charactersthey do not describe a lot the characters , there not soo much information about them but we can see the past Banba so we have some little information but they don't really describe each characters the resources are very little about it

Banba Sousuke / the main character who have the strange sign on his face and research about the monsters and want to prove that they are real and for some personal reason , he know a little bit how the monsters is working but try to find the source of it and why they attack Humans well we can say this is the kind of guys who just don't want to implicate innocent with the monsters but yeah that's not a bad guy

Kimura Masaki / this guy have a laboratory company who are pretty big but he have interest into the monsters too but he capture them or kill them , he tried to make Banba on his side but he reject his invitation each time because Banba don't really like him , this character have a pretty bad attitude too like show offing if you know what i mean

About The Enjoymentseeing the different species of monsters make the anime enjoyable because we see a new one at each episode and they show what this monsters can do and what is gonna happen to the people who gonna encounter them and that's having a good Thriller to keep you into the anime

well i will say watch it if you want , and yeah if you have the time the first episode is just here and i let you choose if you will watch it or not , but that's can be weird at the beginning but this is interesting just continue you will see

Creepy and mystery horror story with its own artsyle

I started watching this show out of random today, and already three episodes in Kagewani has me hooked.

There's not much of a story here. Each episode being a monster of the week formula where a professor who studies cryptids (mythical animals such as the Yeti, Loch Ness monster, etc.) arrives after said monster has attacked another person.

The animation, keyword here being animation, is very poor, almost on the levels of South Park. The art style for the show, however, is very gorgeous, creating a dark foreboding atmosphere, which is equally complemented by the sound design. 

The characters are fairly generic monster victims so far, you got your egotistic bastards who are monster food in waiting, and our main character is only here to tie these seperate stories together.

The monsters themselves are fairly interesting with unique interpretations to them, such as the Yeti hunting off of thermal vision, and all have a menacing presence in their respective episodes.

If you can get over the lack of animation, you'll find a fairly decent show to watch during this season of sequels.
