Looking for an enjoyment to entertain you while you're not in the good mood? Why don't you try this one, highly recommended from me (warning for yuri genre). The story centers around Inugami-san--the ponytail-blonde girl-and Nekoyama-san--the black short-haired girl. It takes place mostly at their school and filled with other characters, of course they are all females. Inugami-san loves cat and Nekoyama-san resembles a cat while Nekoyama-san loves dog and it resembles Inugami-san. This simple logic harmoniously growths the affection of each other. Don't imagine it's all about lovey-dovey scenes because the heart-warming interaction among them will make you laugh 'til death. It makes me without a doubt gives the series 10 for story and enjoyment.

The artwork is not something special or damn superb, somehow an average or maybe few people even assume it below average. For me, the artwork, especially the colour, makes the series not good-looking enough. The colours polished roughly and lack of gradation. I even think the reason behind the lack of colouring aspect is the duration of the series. Since it's just short series--every episode shows around 3 mins-which turgid of colours is not needed. The artwork is around 7 in rate.

The characters are vary widely, from the sadistic-look like an iceberg, tsundere and innocent, aggresive-pervert type, frail but charming girl, the tiny body with huge ambition to be a loli leader, bold yet shy and so on! wwww~ moreover those are all girls omnomnom (๑′w‵ ૂ๑) So.. it will be 9.

The last about theme songs. Funny! Really describe the story of series. The title is Zettai♡Fukujū Sengen (絶対♡服従宣言?, Declaration of Absolute♡Submission) by Sumire Uesaka and Nao Tōyama. There is only ending theme--remember that it is short series, no opening theme here. Well I haven't heard full version of this song but the not full version itself but the whole series already entertained me, give 8.

Then after all of those aspects got summed, the mean is 8!
The Pros:

  • Funny story
  • Yuri genre (it's still rare or should i say the number of yuri genres are less than yaoi series)
  • Characters!

The Cons:
  • In fact artworks can be improved

All hail Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san series ₍˄·͈༝·͈˄₎◞ ̑̑ෆ⃛ chu!

The story is pretty gay. The characters are pretty gay. The animation has gay colours. The music sounds gay as fuck. It presents itself for being gay and succeeds at it. It's a masterpiece.

Story: The story revolves around Nekoyama Suzu, a timid, shy tsundere girl who loves dogs, and Inugami Yachiyo, a super masochistic, air-headed, friendly girl who loves cats. One day, after a fateful meeting, the two find themselves attracted to each other. In response to Inugami's instinctive approaches, Nekoyama is always bashful. Their friend Aki has to work hard to make jabs at some of the situations of the two, and also to stop Inugami from going berserk. (Source: ANN) Ok so it may not be one of the most original storylines (in fact, can there ever be an original story nowadays?), but it can still be fun if the execution is good and well... it sort does it.Though for starters, I do like the irony in that despite the two girls acting like a specific animal they actually like a completely different one! I don't know why but it just seems a bit funny to me. Uh, anyway...Animation: Since this isn't a long running series, the animation isn't going to be as good as a show with a bigger budget and it clearly shows. Animation was decent at best, character designs look a bit odd but it's not glaring or jarring to look at... though it isn't pretty either (on that note, why does Inugami's ponytail move every time she gets excited though?). There is also one episode (forgot the name but check the link though) where the school is literally drawn: http://youtu.be/tD6rqdcucRI    Ai Mai Mi had a better budget :P

Sound: The voice acting is the only good thing about this but even then its still decent at best and the song at the end... eh.

Characters: IMO, this is where it starts to fall apart quite a bit. Now these characters aren't bad per se, I just find them so forgettable and they've been done to death in so many other shows already that it just doesn't... you know.

Inugami loves cats and act like a dog, she is an air head and gets excited easily. Nekoyama loves dogs and acts like a cat, she's a quiet tsundere. These two just meet for the first time and then love each other. Sad to say there isn't any build up or progression to this at all (say what you want about Sakura Trick's romance but that one at least had progression and believability... somewhat >//

The other characters are Sarutobi, another tsundere who wants to get things done and acts like a monkey. Aki, the serious one (might as well call her Ai while were at it) who intervenes with her two friends as mentioned above, Yukiji, the big breasted senior and acts like a cow(?), Nezu, who acts like a mouse and owl and is energetic, and Hibari, who acts like a bird but gets absent to due poor health and refers to herself as a ghost (she's probably the best character in all this... which is saying something).

Also want to point out there's fanservice in this, and its distracting and unnecessary to the plot... and makes me not like Inugami for some reason.

Enjoyment: It's bad, but I find it a guilty pleasure... somewhat like Ai Mai Mi- gosh I gotta stop comparing this to that, you know? They're both completely different shows too!

Overall: Meh, it's not a good anime but it is kind of fun if you like these types of anime. Not sure if I'd see the next season if it comes out but eh, I had a fun time with it... making fun of it that is. Check it out if you have the time (and maybe patience) :P

Thanks for reading my 46th review~

I'm not a big fan of these 3min shows but I thought this one was cute. Liked the animation. The characters were adorable and I did find myself chuckling throughout.
