This OVA picks up after episode 42 of the anime, disregarding the last ten episodes, opting to follow the storyline from the manga instead. The art is beautiful and fairly consistent throughout all three episodes, showing an attention to detail somewhat lacking in certain episodes of the main anime. The tone also takes a refreshing departure from the light-heartedness found in the anime. It is much darker and more accurately mirrors the emotion originally put forth in the manga, allowing for more depth of character and a more authentic look into the developing relationships between each of the main characters. I would recommend this to fans of the original anime, and especially those who have also read the manga.

Excellent story with a great twist and animation is pretty good with great sound tracks and music and this is a must watch.
