No Money!
お金がないっYukiya Ayase is a gentle, kind hearted, and innocent university student. The only relative he has left, his cousin Tetsuo, betrays Ayase by selling him to the highest bidder in an auction with hopes of making an enormous profit to be able to pay off his debts. Somuku Kanou, a bad-tempered (though very rich) loan shark, comes to Ayase's rescue and buys Ayase for an impressive 1.2 billion. Kanou apparently knows Ayase from something that happened between them in the past, but Ayase cannot remember who Kanou is nor does he understand why he "saved" him. In a desperate effort to keep Ayase close to him, Kanou demands the debt be repaid in full and suggests the perfect way to do it: by selling his body to Kanou for 500,000 each time. Ayase is horrified in the beginning, but something soon begins to grow between them that can't be bought for any price. (Source: ANN)

This was one of my first yaoi anime though I had read quite a bit of yaoi manga, including the one this is based off of. The story is absolutely ridiculous, the characterization is terrible, the animation is mediocre and I LOVED it! This anime is a hyperbole of everything yaoi, and, though I do not know if that was the original mangaka's intention, comes across to me as a loving parody of the genre.
Yukiya Ayase is a college student who is sold at auction to pay is cousin's debts. He is bought by the enigmatic Somuku Kanou for 120 million yen who claims to be rescuing Ayase. Kanou proceeds to rape Ayase almost immediately then force him into a life of sexual servitude. Each time Ayase sleeps with Kanou, Kanou removes 500,000 yen from the 1.2 million dollar debt. Until then, Kanou owns Ayase. To season the mix, Ayase is unaware that he is irresistibly attractive almost all men or otherwise. This means he constantly gets into situations in which people try to rape him and Kanou arrives in the nick of time and saves him in a manly display of ruthless manliness. Que the hilarity.
As for sound, meh. First off, I hate the opening the theme. It's stupid, badly sung and doesn't fit the mood of the show. As for the rest of the music, it's all just moody piano solos and awful synth, so nothing special. It's a bit exaggerated like everything else about the anime.
Characters...hmm, what to say. Ayase is stupid and annoying. He had no opinions except that guys shouldn't be with guys and Kanou should stop doing bad things to people no matter what those people did to him. All he does is cry, get raped and be confused because he's falling in love with Kanou.
Kanou is stupid and hilarious. He "loves" Ayase and will do anything to keep him close and safe. He'd kill whoever got in his way if Ayase let him. He is genuinely baffled as to why Ayase is afraid of him and thinks it obvious that he is doing Ayase good. Pretty funny, no self-awareness and no real character development: just as it should be.
Then there's a bunch of people who are there to either attempt to rape Ayase, fall in love with Ayase, be comedic or a combination of two. They get the job done; their not important.
I enjoyed this way too much. If you have a sense of humor, please read the manga then watch the anime.

This anime is.... odd to say the least. And depending on what you're looking for will determine if you like this anime.
I thoroughly enjoyed this anime, but not because it was good. The characters have extreme "Yaoi body" and look hilariously out of proportion. The story is pretty fucked up, too.
But if you're like me, you seek out really terrible yaoi animes and make fun of them with friends. If you are looking for something you can laugh at, its hilariously terrible, and totally worth the watch.
If you're looking for actual quality anime, do not watch this.

I watched this anime 'cause there weren't many yaois I hadn't already seen. I was so disgusted that anyone who asks me about "what yaoi should I watch," I specifically tell them never to watch it unless they want to be disgusted/know how disgusting it is.
