Yusibu: I couldn't become a hero, so I reluctantly decided to get a job.
勇者になれなかった俺はしぶしぶ就職を決意しました。Dreaming of becoming a hero and vanquishing the Demon King, Raul Chaser enters the Hero Training Program in pursuit of his ambition. However, when the Demon King is defeated and peace returns to the world, the Hero Training Program is suspended indefinitely, making it impossible for anyone to become a hero. Two years later, Raul reluctantly works at a small electronics store called Magic Shop Leon. Though the former hero-in-training is plagued by the mundanity of working in retail, everything changes with the arrival of a new hire. Appearing at first to be just a boy with good looks, "he" turns out to be a female demon by the name of Fino Bloodstone. She is not just any old demon either—Raul's new coworker is in fact the daughter of the late Demon King! Handed the responsibility of training this eccentric new employee, Raul soon finds his life becoming livelier than it ever was before. [Written by MAL Rewrite]

Yuusibu gives an atmosphere that can't help but make you smile. Although many of the shows elements have been repeated in others shows, it excels at presenting them in a light-hearted, feelgood way. Those expecting sword fights will only get a small taste but in a good way that does not deviate from the story's original intentions. The characters are given personalities that fit together beautifully and are set in a very relatable fantasy world centering around sales and the struggles of smaller businesses. The dialogue given to the characters are also entertaining. Adding to that is the simple-yet-heartwarming romantic flair given to this title. Yuusibu also contains adult aspects like full female topless scenes that are done in a fashion that does not make them seem unnecessary. Overall, Yuusibu is a show for those seeking a calm, sexy comedy with an almost slice-of-life feeling; all of this draped in a simplistic fantasy world that brings out Yuusibu's special taste.

Yuushibu is an Ecchi/Comedy anime with some minor action and romance type aspects. While the premise is similar to The Devil is a Part Timer, the focus of the shows are not.
The story is simple. Raul Chaser is working at a magic items store (instead of electricity things are run by magic) but his real dream is to be a hero. However, because the demon lord was defeated there is no need for them anymore. One day a "guy" walks into the store and applies... this "guy" happens to be the demon lords kid. Okay, the "guy" is really a girl named Fino, the demon lords daughter.
One thing this anime does very well is executing the premise. Each episode the characters (mostly Fino) learns something about her job or life outside the demon realm in general. At the same time... it kind of reflects like real life situations and such. It even had this whole thing about the big department store out pricing the small local shops by literally working small demons to death. I want to say that I really like the world they built in the anime. I thought using normal household appliances and having them powered by magic in this fantasy world was a great idea.
Yes a big aspect of the show is fan-service and honestly in the first episode it's not that well placed. However, I don't think people should mind that much after that episode. There is a lot of fan-service but eventually it's almost completely becomes integrated into the story/situations rather than just being there for the sake of having it (okay I totally realize the situations are set up for fan service but come on)
The main pair in Raul and Fino make a great team. Fino starts out very naive (and mainly stays that way) but she does learn concepts at a regular basis. Not only this but she actually has actual insight into some concepts which automatically makes her smarter than 99% of anime females. While Raul's character and the way he progresses is rather predictable but he changes gradually as Fino learns. He learns through teaching and experience and not through endless exposition.
If I had a complaint is that the show is too straight forward and cliche. It does everything it sets out to do very well, has likeable characters that get development over the entirety of the series, and does not faulter on sound or animation. However, the ending is essentially saving the day because of the power of LOVE and saving a floating pair of chesticles.

My personal favorite of the season. It is like Working and the devil is a part timer, which are some of my favorites of their respected season. 8.5/10 and here is why.
Story 7/10
I find that most stories are average or above these days, this is nothing special and receives an above average rating for me. It follows a Hero, or at least a person who was a hero until the demon lord was defeated, now Raul Chaser (cheesy name) is reluctantly working as a sales associate at a small-ish magic shop. After working there for a bit a cloaked man (Pff) comes to work at the magic shop, the cloaked person knew the boss and was to receive training from Raul. He then comes to find out this cloaked man, was actually the big breasted demon kings daughter, And nobody gasped for breathe because we say it coming. Remember this is an Ecchi title but i assure you its nothing anime fans haven't seen before, and its rather tame to be honest. Just some playful scenes as the demon lords daughter (Fino Bloodstone) gets accustomed to the world. Along his journey he meets old heros he used to raid with (i guess thats the term) and they all want to become heros again and thing little of Raul for working and not being a hero.
That is the story in a nutshell, however to avoid spoilers i am leaving some stuff out and some characters might have even more importance than you once believed, and some characters for example All A might change her mind. just keep that in mind, the twists are not that great as from episode one you can probably tell what is going to happen but for those of you slow on the pick up I wont go any farther.
Opinion
It is dumb, but its so fun to watch. It doesnt take itself to seriously and it shows, i mean the way Raul says his "ultimate move" just seems like a parody on the genre and eventually in later episodes the parody stuff continues. I like this, it knows what it is and its going to have fun. There are boobs bouncing and most of the women are shown to be desirable to the ignorant Raul, Oh and there is a Loli. The Nudity level is nothing to worry about, just dumb cheap jokes, but i do find the interactions to be the best part of this and just had a good relaxing time. Nothing special but the story is good enough for what they were trying to do.
Animation 8.5/10
It was good, actually I found it to be just under great. All the movements were fluid and nicely done no jankies and i love that fluidity. The ecchi moments were so good, no, correction the female character animations were SOO good. Ever girl had the blush and reflection of the skin, which you either love or hate, I thought it looked good in this one. The characters were good and designed so well. The ecchi moments aside, the women looked appealing, the men did as well. The fights were silly but they were well done. Raul and All A have there own moves that had some flash and had some really nice detail and animation. the stores and background characters were also nicely done. The background characters that were totally unimportant were actually drawn and not just blurs in the back. The fights did have some blur going on much like that Naruto and Pain fight, but i found it to be appealing in both instances. The quality was better than good but not great, the Ecchi parts were well done as well, but should not be focused on or forgotten. It was a nice world and i just thought it was well executed, good job.
Sound 7/10
OP was fun, ED was meh, fights sounded good enough with only a few reused sounds. The voice acting was good and in general the sounds did not piss me off so its gets my trademark pass and we are moving on.
Character(s) 8.5/10
loved them, yep I said it. I found FIno to be a blast to watch, then you add her interaction to Raul and it was even better. I would also say that instead of the main focus on Raul it was actually stolen by FIno for the entire anime. Her personality was so funny, she would laugh maniacally over the most trivial things. I also think Fino is my favorite character this season, well close at least. The "hardships" really didn't do to much for me and I found them silly, but as i stated before i think this anime knew what it was and tried to make them silly. Fino stole the show but Raul and the other Convenient store girls (Lam and elsa) were fun as well. The store manager and boss (Sarah August) was a true boss by the end of the episode. The perverted grandpa was also a funny moment when you saw him. Just in general I enjoyed the hell out of this, had the atmosphere of working set in the world of The devil is a part timer. The characters are the strongest element in this anime, if you like episode one you will like the rest.
Enjoyment 9/10
I wont gush any longer or reiterate what i have already said but the moments the characters all have in this anime and how they mingle together mixed with the ecchi and comedy i found this to be just an enjoyable anime that i would personally watch again and I dont do that often. I personally like ecchi and to any degree but this was tame and was enjoying non the less. Just watch if for the moments with FIno, honestly Fino makes everything better, like bacon and butter.
Overall 8.5/10
It was good, just below great do yourself a favor and watch it. If what i have said has given you any interest then go watch it, you will not be disappointed. Dumb fun and great characters with great animation. I would recommend it to most, if you did not like working/the devil is a part timer, then its not for you.

I was looking for something reminiscent of The Devil is a Part Timer! this season, and this is not quite that. Instead its plot is similar to Working!! x The Devil is a Part Timer! with elements from Maoyu. The main female lead (Phino) is probably the cutest female anime personality I have encountered to date! Plus there's that random perverted Picard character! Overall a pretty ok slice of life/rom-com/ecchi anime since it focuses mainly on the relationship between the main "couple" (Raul & Phino). It's not too revolutionary, but is currently doing an adequate job of satisfying my craving for a comedy anime like The Devil is a Part Timer! this season.
END OF SEASON UPDATE:
As said before, critically this anime is not at all revolutionary, tons of ecchi, tons of double entendres, and a predictable plot. The big hook of this ecchi/rom-com/harem is the blossoming Raul x Phino relationship, and Phino generally being the cute naive every-girl. It's a harem in the sense that the cast is mainly female, but relationship wise, the story focuses mainly Raul x Phino. In conclusion, my ratings have stayed the same since little has changed over the season. Critically it is a pretty average anime, but I really enjoyed the slice of life comedy as someone waiting for a second season of The Devil is a Part Timer! and Phino for being unbelievably cute!
