Set in Akihabara, the shopping area has been invaded by creatures known as "Synthisters" who prey on the patrons of Akihabara, feasting on their social energy and will to live. These enemies can only be stopped by direct exposure to the air, meaning to defeat these synthisters their clothes need to be ripped off exposing their skin.

Expected a crappy videogame adpatation but got a surpsingly fun parody of otaku subculture. The Yu Gi Oh parody episode was hilarious.

This series was the honestly the best kind of stupid and I loved every bit of it because it somehow managed to be fun with almost every episode

I can imagine something like this happening if the anime/manga/novel industry got hit like this but when the loli said that she made the deux ex machina device I couldn’t stop laughing lol

Overall it was a nice ending and I kinda want to see what this Akiba Empire is all about in the future xD

7/10 for me, definitely my guilty pleasure of the season
