Shuffle! Memories does a great job at summing up memorable moments in the main series and it only gets better, with Rin as the first episodes narrator.
Though it slightly feels like rewatching major parts of the anime, because the highlights are so long. It is a bit incoherent in it's way of presenting the different scenes, since you jump through time to the different happenings in the story, which makes it feel like a sort of replay of the first season.
But I love the unique OP's and unique ED's for every character.
Primula's Chapter, Part A intro song is beautiful <3 - Though Primula's so adorable, I might cry. And the ending credits of the same episode has such a cute story ^^
I still have a big issue with how Rin treated Kaede, while he was out with Asa. There is no way another human being can't see, when someone near you is acting differently or is feeling ill. You can tell if there is something wrong about someone. There is no way love can blind so strongly, as to the point where you won't be able to tell if someone is destroying themselves like Kaede was. What he was doing was inhuman. Any human's cry for help you should respond to, even if you don't know them!
- After coming back to this anime after such a long time, I am brought to tears. Feelings stick through everything, as I've been reminded countless times. Asa's past is a tough one to return to, but I'm glad I'm turning out the remaining contents of this jar and letting them show what they mean to the bitter end.
This anime is so frustratingly complex, that it's hard to get a fully happy end for everything.. It's funny how everyone has each of their massive issues, which are near impossible for them to solve on their own. I guess my resolve is that this anime is too 'unfair' and that is firing up anger in everyone. My take is that all people are somehow affected by their own trouble and the message should be to grasp out to others around you and resolve whatever darkness lies within you, because you clearly are suffering trying to do it on your own. Whether it would have physical or mental consequences matter not, all are equally important. Not only that. You must also be ready with open arms for whoever else may come with a problem to you. Treat others the way you wish to be treated. There is no harm done in listening to other's problems, but there can be if you don't.
- Also after watching Primula's part, I just realised something. Sorry Primula. You're always left out or ignored and aren't even given a thought. She was actually hurt just as badly, I'd like to think even more, than Kaede was. She probably felt like she was the mere presence of a ghost, just lingering in that home and, as shy as she is, it slowly hurt her as well because she was incapable of helping in any way. Being forgotten is the thing I want the least for anyone. I'm just glad she is slowly gaining that courage.
- On a side note: Apparently Kaede can also 'be like that' in other circumstances.. suddenly I don't feel so sorry for her anymore O.o But she's still a fine girl and can be very nice.
The last episode was thankfully an extra chapter, so that helped to making it more interesting. Thanks for the journey ^^

The reason for my high scores on the Characters is because I deeply love all the characters.. except for one who shall not be named. They are a lot of fun and I admire them.
