Magimoji Rurumo
まじもじるるもShibaki is a high-school boy whose only interest is girls. Except he's been branded as the most perverted boy at school and the girls avoid him like the plague. One day he finds a book in the library about how to summon witches. He tries it as a joke, but it turns out to be the real thing. An apprentice witch named Rurumo appears to grant him a wish. Shibaki helps Rurumo and she in return refuses to take his soul. (This part of this story happened before the start of chapter 1) When the story starts, Shibaki wishes he could see Rurumo again. His wishes are granted immediately as Rurumo falls from the sky and crash lands in front of him. He finds out that as punishment for not taking his soul she's been busted down to an apprentice demon. Now, she must complete the task of getting Shibaki to use up 666 magic tickets that grant wishes before she can become a witch again. However, what she doesn't know is that each time he uses a ticket it shortens his life. When the last ticket is used up, Shibaki will die. Shibaki knows this because Rurumo's familiar black cat Chiro tells him as part of the "contract" for giving him the tickets. Now, Shibaki has a choice, make a wish and help Rurumo become a witch again or resist the temptation and try to save his own life. (Source: jCafe24)

Cute, amusing, quirky, and just a little naughty, Majimoji Rurumo combines cuteness and some heartwarming moments along with the usual Ecchi antics.
If you're watching this show you probably already know what to expect from the main protagonist and the slice of life/Ecchi antics that it entails; however if you're hoping for a slice of life show with a good, compelling story, you should probably look elsewhere. In my opinion, whether or not you will like this show will depend on whether or not you like the titular Rurumo.
Rurumo herself is another stoic, soft-spoken character archetype; however unlike most of this type she doesn't really fall under the 'kuudere' category, at least not entirely. Because of a combination of how she's been treated her whole life and her general lack of awareness (denseness), she generally doesn't feel a lot of emotions and thus doesn't really react to them; however she still shows more emotion than most girls of her archetype, at least from what I've seen lately. She blushes a lot, she occasionally has mild freak-outs, but most of all, unlike her more Vulcan-esque stoic peers many of her actions and decisions are guided more by her emotions than her cold logic which is mostly what creates the situation that creates the show's main plot.
One last thing to add about Rurumo's character is just how...... pathetic she is? Well, perhaps pathetic is a bit harsh but it might be these aspects of her character that make her more or less likeable to the watcher. She's hopelessly slow and clumsy to the point where it actually annoyed me because it is quite literally supernatural levels of klutziness and make it clear that 'slow' in the context it's used on her can only really mean 'dumb'. What saved it for me was the fact that it annoyed some of the show's characters even more, making her foul-ups less moe-esque and more serious, which was needed in order to justify herself in a scene later on. This either helps endear you to her character or it falls flat and I honestly can't say I felt either when I first saw it.
I genuinely believe that Rurumo is an enjoyable character. She's a hard working girl and the source of much of the show's cuteness. I'm never sad when an episode chooses to focus on her and it was mostly her that I kept watching the show for.
The main protagonist, Shibaki, is your average Ecchi show super pervert that's loathed by the entire female student body, but very much liked my his fellow male students because he supplies them with a steady stream of Ecchi and porn materials. His reactions to situations or his antics provide the majority of the comedy, but at the same time he helps create many of the show's more heartwarming moments.
The secondary characters are interesting enough to give the show some more depth, like Shibaki's Yandere mother, the Disciplinary Committee girls that start off archetypical but start to develop more of a flavor as the show progresses, and Rurumo's cat familiar Chiro who provides some good comedic moments and provides someone for Rurumo and Shibaki to work off of when the other isn't around.
To summarize, if you like quirky characters, general silliness, cute heartwarming moments, and you don't mind some mild Ecchi then you'll probably like this show. However if you like your shows to have a good story or a proper ending then you're going to be disappointed.
This isn't the type of show that creates a compelling story; rather it creates a situation where hilarious hijinks ensue and can ensue along with some cute moments that just make us smile. This is a feel good anime that you watch for the pure entertainment. Just shut your brain off and enjoy it.
To barrow GR Arkada's method of rendering judgment by recommending whether to Buy it, Stream it or F***k It, I'd have to recommend you Stream It. Honestly I don't find it memorable enough to warrant a full on purchase unless you happen to really like this show but slice of life shows are a dime a dozen and sadly I don't think this one stands on the top of the heap. It's up there to be sure, but not enough to make me want it that badly.
For alternate anime recommendations in the same vein as this show I point you to "Heaven's Lost prophecy" and "The Hentai Prince and the Stoney Cat"

Follow the story of Shibaki, the biggest and the infamous pervert at his school. He found a book on how to summon witches and make a stupid wish(he try it as a joke). But a witch, Rurumo really come to him. She tell him that the wish he make before will cost his own life. But later Shibaki helped Rurumo and she in return refuses to take Shibaki's life. After Rurumo return to her world, Shibaki wish to meet him again and Rurumo falls from sky & crash lands in front of him. She is now a trainer witch with a task to complete, which is to getting shibaki use all of the 666 magic tickets that she give to him earlier as a punishment from not taking Shibaki's life. What she doesn't know is the tickets will shorten Shibaki's life every time it used.
