Story: Tamaki hates penguins because her father is obsessed with them (and he nearly killed her I think?), so he makes a cute penguin android to show her the fun side of penguins, but things may go more out of control than Tamaki thought.

Simply put, the sites lied, the penguin girl is causing mayhem and Tamaki alone has to put a stop to her once and for all... bonding happens and its predictable.

Also the ending is incredibly half assed and forced IMO

Animation: The animation is actually really good, everything is fast and exciting and it'll probably keep you on your toes. The character designs and animation aren't too bad either. The penguin girl is really cute too~

Sound: Sound is alright, the OP is catchy fluff but the ED is forgettable fluff. Voice acting is only ok at best. Tamaki sounds fine and so does the penguin girl, but everyone else sounds either annoying or dull.

Character: Here's where it falls apart for me. The parents are unlikeable, the father apparently threw his only daughter into a freezing water to play with penguins or something (or wanted to show or test that penguins can save people cause he trained them to do so?) and keeps shoving it down her throat about penguins. The mother isn't much better and just... let's him do it all without any repercussion. I'm surprised Tamaki didn't ditch or hate these two.

Tamaki, I feel bad for her. She got pummeled by snowballs (and a giant one), had to go through an intense car chase scene to try and save her friend from falling (yes really), and even nearly drowned twice! And she's only an Elementary school girl! H-how!? I honestly feel bad for her and she did not deserve any of what happened to her (ok she got cocky and wanted the penguin girl dead but that's no excuse). Her friend loves penguins... and that's it. The shop guy I actually like since he has this never give up attitude and acts like a real father to her despite the fact that they don't each other much. Why isn't this guy her dad?

The penguin android is really cute, but its also very deadly, and that's it. It's basically Squid Girl meets Kirby but without any charm or wit.

Enjoyment: Meh.

Overall: It was... alright, although I didn't like a lot of the characters, the ones I did like got the most screen time so there is that and everything else was fine and dandy. Got some time to waste then give it a watch if you want.
