As is often the case with these unaired episodes, this one does nothing to further the story arc from the main show. As such there is no need to watch it for reasons of continuity.

What it does do though is providing the viewer with a few light hearted slice-of-life stories featuring the main cast and the supporting characters. So fans will definitely want to give it a look.

The action varies from light humour to pure slap-stick - the latter mostly involving Ayumu getting into some kind of embarrassing situation with one of the girls and consequently getting his ass kicked in a spectacular way. So this is basically like the main show minus the threats and the badguys.

On a technical level everything is the same as the main show. The animation is good, the characters are reasonably interesting and I found myself enjoying watching it. My biggest gripe is the extensive level of fan-service, but that is a problem with the entire show and not just this part. So if you have made it through the previous episodes, there will be no surprises for you.
