Decent animation, but extremely lacking in terms of plot. The game is a lot better at developing the characters' backgrounds, unlike in the anime, which does a terrible job of that. But if you don't care about plot and want somewhat decent fighting sequences and somewhat decent ecchi-fun-time, this show's for you.

Ninja Girl plus Ecchi thats make a little pretty nice mix but this not soo focused on the Ecchi they are more on the story but they put the Ecchi together without throwing the story so this great .. lets begin (dont forgot a game exist !)

About The Story
the story have a great script and good concept but as you can see this is a Ninja story so you will see some thing like secret jutsu and other thing like that but this is nice the Ecchi dont bother the story at all , they have make great stuff but thats the kind of story who finish too fast at the end and you want more explaination or what happen after that you know what i mean i think..

About The Animation and Sounds
the animation is pretty good when is time to fight or others same things but for the Ecchi i highly recommand to watch this anime on Uncensored Version because if you are like a part of me.. i dont want to see a fking white light or fking leaves of a tree in my face.. , so for a Uncensored the Ecchi is a little limited we only dont see nipple but.. dont worry in the OAV they are here ! the opening is pretty nice too i will leave you the link here.. 

About The Charactersi like every characters on this one but i have a lot of thing to say about it..

Asuka / thats a nice and very kind character she is energic too with strong power 

Katsuragi / i like this one because of his rude attitude she have hot blood if you know what i mean.. so she like fighthing and break every fker on his way and thats what i like with this girl and she have a fking nice voice really xD.. and dont forget his pervert mind of grabbing Asuka oppai !

Yagyuu / silencious and serious recommanded to dont fking touch Hibari or you will fking go six feeth in the underground and die here she is a real guardian for her and i think she freaking love her and she is here for her everytime !

Ikaruga / his oufit is freaking nice and she is Katana user i think you have already expected what this girl is.. , serious but have a very kind heart and having cute side like each girl in the world i think..wow wait.. not all girl.. but ..fk that.. she have a cute side okay ? 

Hibari / the moe and innocent girl who Yagyuu protect , she is just moe everytime in the serie you gonna she dont fight soo much but she have great ability normally if you like moe things you gonna like this one , she can be funny and make you laugh sometimes
Homura / she have a nice ability with all his sword but have a heart she is not soo bad you gonna like her she totally look like Asuna but in Dark Version

Yomi /

Hikage / his assasination technique make her a little bit special i like his psychotic side nothing more to say.. 

Mirai / this is a Loli with a gothic style she is a pretty nice and cute girl and have a bad past , you gonna discover it in the anime .. and sometimes she is funny too , you cant hate this girl

Haruka / his dominant attitude is pretty cool thats what i like with her she can be bad and a real slut but i like this girl xD

Kiriya / this is a nice Sensei at the beginning he have making me laugh a lot of time but he is just great no need to say more

Hanzou / thats a another funny guy , this is a old guy but he gonna make you laugh too .. dont worry about it

Daidōji / his rude side give her a bad ass charm thats a very nice characters this is sad we dont see her fight soo much because i think she can fking beat some fker easily

Suzune / this girl stay a little bit a mystery we dont have learn soo much about her so i cant properly say a lot of thing about her she look nice but we need to know more about her

About The Enjoymentthats a enjoyable anime with great plot and fighthing you gonna laugh sometimes so this is great if you want to up your moral or cheer you up if you prefer .. this show gonna finish fast but thats stay great !

so if you like to just see girl with Action and Plot this is great for you ! go watch it !

This is going to be a short review. The show was alright. Story wasn't anything special. The characters, while they had little development, were pretty likeable. It made me like the Hanzo girls from the game more.

Combat was lame, it mostly consisted of the girls having a standoff with the enemies. Then they would cut to something else, and when we got back to the battle, it was pretty much over. Training sessions were a little more actiony but it was just training. However I will say they put a lot of work into animating the boobs to move a lot.

The show shines in humor. The funniest part of the show is actually the narrator. His comments made me laugh a lot. Don't come in expecting a Ninja show, fighting, or story based. Its mainly humor and fanservice. There are a few cool parts but not much.

This is coming from someone who has played the games, as someone who hasn't, I can't really see them getting much enjoyment out of it. The humor is good but there are funnier shows out there. I liked it though.

So its a pretty funny show with sexy girls that is worth a watch if you got nothing else to do, and only if you played the games.

the story is ok the fight battles are ok the review for me is that i fond the anime ok to watch because of the action but still go-ahead and watch it with you want

The expression "don't judge a book by it's cover" is something you should always keep in mind, because occasionally, a show is a lot more than what it's cover suggests.Senran Kagura is not one of those shows. What you see is what you get, you see ninja girls with big boobs in the cover picture? That's what you'll get. This is a quintessential ecchi action romp, plenty of fan service, serviceable action and characters that are for the most part likable. How well exactly does the show do what it does?Let's start with an important aspect of the show, the art and animation. On the whole the animation strong, and surprisingly consistent, the faces and character models are rarely off model, and the action looks fluid, and there is a good use of colour which makes for an enjoyable viewing. The art is weaker, the backgrounds lack detail, to the point where it's rather noticeable, however, for the most part it makes little difference, because rather than the scenery, most of your attention will be drawn to the characters and their assets. Let's not beat about the bush, these characters are all meant to be visually appealing, and the specific pull of this anime is that they all have huge boobs. On the whole I think the character designs work, however a couple of the character designs just look strange with the gigantic boobs attached, but there will be a character design that you like, and at numerous points you will see their bodies in almost all their glory. The character designs are like the music wholly generic, but are good enough to satisfy the needs of the show.Onto the characters, they are shallow but on the whole likable. You have the standard tropes like the pervert, the Ojou-sama etc. which fulfill their fanservice roles whilst being mostly likable. In the end these characters are really poor and have the depth of a puddle, but they suffice. Obviously, these characters aren't really what you'd expect of trained ninjas, but Senran Kagura doesn't really give a toss about realism, because why should it? There are tons of holes in the plot of this show, but really it doesn't matter, it's not as if it was aiming for high brow entertainment.The plot is not exactly spectacular, it's really stupid, cares nothing for sense, logic or proper plot progression. Whilst the fights are entertaining, the ways in which they come about are so stupid, and I often was in disbelief at how blatantly poor the writing was. However, by the end of the show nothing surprises anymore, and so you can wholly accept the anime for what it is, cheap shallow entertainment, funny often for how poor it is in areas. In the final few episodes, the fights that take place become less like fights and more like a competitions to see who has the most tragic back story. It was funny seeing people trying to be more tragic than their opponent, something I actually enjoyed. If you can take these scenes at face value, then I expect you'll get some more honest entertainment out.In the end, Senran Kagura is a poor anime that provides cheap and easy entertainment, about as low brow as you can go. However, it fulfills it's intended purpose pretty well, so if you look at the picture and think "a show about big boobed ninjas? Sounds like my sort of show!" then I can't say anything other than yes, this probably is exactly your sort of show, after all, it does exactly what it says on the tin.
