This is the second OVA series following the anime Tsubasa Chronicle. The story continues to follow the manga; however, a story arc is skipped between the first OVA and Shunraiki, meaning that viewers who have not read the manga will have a difficult time following the plot. That being said, this can be remedied by reading the chapters containing the missing story arc or by doing a quick google search for a plot summary. While I wish they would have simply carried the story through rather than skipping what turns out to be a fairly important part of the story, the OVA is still worth watching for fans of the anime and manga. Nevertheless, it should be noted that the OVA is incomplete and ends on somewhat of a cliffhanger, meaning that viewers who are looking for closure will have to look for to the manga. Regardless, the quality of art and sound hold from the first OVA, with beautifully rendered scenery and a great soundtrack.
