Three episodes. A minute and thirty seconds. If anything, this series does make one want to continue reading the manga.
It is really hard to review something so short when there isn't much material to cover. The series introducing are two main characters, Kisaragi and Illya. Kisaragi is a girl who's goal in life is to be cute and strong. The series doesn't truly introduce Illya as anything but the cool guy who our protagonist falls in love with. He wants to be cool as well.
That's really all we know about the characters. If one wants to learn more, then he or she (or it, if you prefer neutral pronouns) will have to check out the manga.
