Admittedly, I've seen little of this series yet. But. No one's reviewed it yet, and it seems to be a rather obscure children's anime, so after seeing episodes 1, 2, and 4, I will review it. Sorry, it's just there are no other reviews, and I kinda have an idea of what this show is like....Anyways...Onto the review:This show is childish. Very, very childish. To the extreme. Remember when even children's anime were serious, with Digimon and Yugioh? (though the latter wasn't that good after taking another look at it) Well, this show isn't serious. The story is very very silly, and the pacing is super fast and frantic. The very first scene has kids meeting some wacky professor who apparently invented some new device that allows the kids to go into the world of a video game, and then the machine doesn't work right and causes the video game world to fuse with the human world. And then, it all revolves around some legend saying that some hero called the mixmaster is going to use a weapon that uses cards to summon monsters and fuse them to fight other monsters. Very typical. Nothing special there. Admittedly, the show is kind of fun to watch, but its so very silly and childish, that, unless your a small child, this will probably be a guilty pleasure for you. The art is very typical. Nothing fancy. The music is bad, and the opening song is very generic and maybe even annoying. Characters? They're your everyday children saving the world type of thing. You know. Nothing special. Still, the show can be fun, and I recomend it if you have nothing to do and you like children's anime, as this isn't even brilliant for a children's anime.
