Katte ni Kaizou
かってに改蔵Katsu Kaizou is a very gullible, 17-year-old high school student and a believer in science fiction, aliens, ghosts, UFOs, conspiracies, etc. He thinks that everything going on around him is the result of some sort of alien plot to take over the world. Each story is pretty much self-contained and is completely bizarre. Kaizou joins the school's science club, makes new friends, and ends up coming in contact with all sorts of strange things like log people, deadly sushi, pee-blades, scary infections, robot invasions, ghosts, living dolls, and more!

Straight from the opening song, it was obvious this was going to be a little unusual. Though I had figured the premise would be a delusional high school guy that couldn't control his imagination. In part that was true, however the whole cast was just as ready to fly off the handle. It's probably only going to take you a couple minutes to think " I have better stuff to watch" or " wow this is (expletive), lets see how far they take it". Ultimately after the first episode I knew I was going to finish this short series. It was over the top from start to finish and the first time I watched it I wasn't in the mood. The second time I picked it up, I got more then enough laughs then I would have out of something with twice the run time. Its weird and quirky but I enjoyed its breaking the mold for typical humor.
